7-Night Breaks: Our traditional 7-night holidays start from Fridays, ensuring you have a full week to relax and explore.

  • Short-Term Breaks: You can book a relaxing short-term getaway with a minimum stay of just 3 nights.

  • Flexible Arrival Days for less than 7 nights: Choose to start your holiday on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

Please contact us if you wish to book for longer than 7 nights or if the date you are looking for is not available as we may be able to change our calendar to accommodate you.

Extra Information

  • It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to read the Terms and Conditions.

  • All linen and towels are provided and all beds are made up ready for use.

  • There is no extra charge for central heating, electricity or Wi-fi.

  • Note to parents: Please be aware that it has not been possible to fit a stair-gate at the top of the stairs.  Please keep this in mind if booking with very young children.

  • Cot and high chair available on request.

  • Dog crate available on request.

  • There are six steps to access the cottage and there are slopes and banks in the surrounding grounds. The upside-down living arrangement and access to the property means that Pippins is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

  • There is a motocross track on neighboring land where race meetings are held on selected weekends a few times a year. There may also be occasional practise sessions. During these times there will inevitably be noise from the track. Races can be exciting to watch and when events are taking place guests are welcome to walk down to the track to spectate.

  • There is an unfenced pond in the owners’ garden to the front of Pippins.

  • There is an electric fenced area in the owners garden, signs are posted, please do not touch.

  • Sorry, other than one well behaved small or medium size dog, no other pets can be accepted.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

  • Arrival time: not before 4.00pm

  • Departure time: no later than 10.00am
